Guidelines for Submitting Theses to the Library
In order to carry out the deposit and provision of institutional publications (in accordance with the Regulations on the Organization and Operation of the Library of International University – Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City), the Library provides guidelines for stakeholders on submitting graduation theses and dissertations for deposit.
The deposit of theses and dissertations serves the following purposes:
(1) Building a collection to support the reference needs of students and lecturers – statistics show that the Library’s online thesis collection receives around 10,000 visits per year;
(2) Preserving evidence and the intellectual assets of International University to support accreditation activities at Faculty/Department level.
The deposit workflow requires coordination among the Library, Faculties/Departments, Students, and relevant Offices. Detailed guidelines for each stakeholder are as follows:

This section provides general instructions for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students. Please note: when it is time to submit the thesis, students must follow the specific instructions announced by their Faculty/Department at that time.
